Did you have a late night? Or just a well-deserved sleep-in? Either way, weekends are perfect for indulging in a tasty brunch. Quite a few Stockholm restaurants, hotels, and even museums serve wonderful buffets. Some are classically Swedish, others are typically American, and a few serve brunch with a twist. Here are some tips to leave you full and satisfied.
Kungsholmen and Vasastan
- Boulebar Rådhuset & Boulebar Rålambshov – French-inspired brunch served weekends. A game of pétanque is included in the price! (Note that the Rålambshov one is only open during the summer season.)
- Gast – Stylish and minimalist café located on Rådmansgatan. Classic brunch dishes are on the menu daily, like pancakes, yogurt with granola, and Caesar salad.

Södermalm and southern Stockholm
- Bitza – Pizzeria in Hornstull with a Palestinian twist. Has a weekend brunch menu with its unique pizzas and other traditional dishes and flavors.
- Bleck – Family-friendly restaurant near Blecktorn Park on Södermalm.
- Boulebar Tanto French-inspired brunch served weekends. A game of pétanque is included in the price!
- Chelas – Mexican restaurant in Hornstull with spicy and flavorful classics. The weekend brunch menu offers a variety of tacos, enchiladas, and molettes.
