Bars and nightclubs in Norrmalm

The nightlife in Stockholm's central district Norrmalm is somewhat fancier and more glamorous than, for example, Södermalm's carefree and laidback bars. It's also where you'll find some of the city's most famous establishments, life celebrity hotspot Café Opera, venerated entertainment palace Berns and legendary jazz club Fasching.
Norrmalm also has several popular hotel bars, where temporary visitors and locals alike create a buzzy atmosphere. Le Hibou, Americain and Cadierbaren at Grand Hôtel for example. And you'll find restaurants as popular for the bartender's skills with a shaker, as they are for the dinner menu. Like, Spesso, Asian Post Office, and Surfers. Also, be sure not to miss out on the lovely view from the rooftop restaurant and bar Tak/Stockholm Under Stjärnorna if you're visiting during the summer.
