Saturday and Sunday are market days in most cities, and Stockholm is no exception. Whether vintage, jewelry or locally sourced food is your thing there is a market for you.

Find Treasures in Stockholm

Don't you love the feeling of finding a hidden treasure, tucked away in a bargain bin at a flea market? Maybe a lovely porcelain figure, a couple of vinyl LPs, or something colorful to wear? Stockholm has several weekend markets and flea markets, where you're bound to make a steal!

Naturally, spring and summer is high season for large outdoor markets in Stockholm. Below you'll find a small sample, but there are several web pages specializing in listing flea markets in and around Stockholm. From large recurring markets to smaller one-time-only community markets.

There are however some markets that are open all year round. Every Sunday, for example, the fruit and vegetable vendors on Hötorget in central Stockholm give way for tables and stalls of vinyl records, lamps, clothes, and other knick-knacks at the Hötorget fleamarket. During parts of the year, Farmers market is also held in Tessinparken in Östermalm and on Katarina Bangata in Södermalm, where you can stock up on locally grown vegetables, root crops, fruit, meat, dairy products, oils and other delicacies from producers in the Stockholm
