Cozy wine bar Alba welcomed its first guests in May 2022 and quickly became a hotspot for nature wine aficionados and champagne lovers around Nyttorget. The wine list is updated on a weekly basis and the menu is a rustic mix of french and Italian cuisine.

The Restore is the sustainable fashion brand Asket&#x27;s recycling boutique. Here, the company&#x27;s old garments get patched up, repaired, or reused in a new creation, thus receiving an extended lifespan. Besides finding new treasures on the shelves, customers can turn in Asket-garments they no longer use.

Everybody knows that leather jackets simply look better when worn and aged. It’s a design philosophy Swedish brand Deadwood has taken to heart. Deadwood uses recycled leather from vintage garments to make new jackets with a timeless feel.

Tacos may be a Mexican specialty, but Dirty Taco on Folkungagatan takes culinary cues from the four corners of the world. Here you&#x27;ll find tacos filled with, for example, Swedish meat, Cypriot halloumi, vegan &quot;kebob&quot; or Vietnamese spices in new and unique combinations.

On Åsögatan 124 you’ll find the largest independent art bookstore in Scandinavia. Konst-ig specializes in most visual art forms, from graffiti to brutalist architecture. You’ll find books, magazines, and journals on such ranging topics as knitting, classic fonts, European street art, cubism, Mapplethorpe, album covers, beer can design and more.

One of Stockholm’s most well-known second-hand stores and a favorite of fashion experts. Vintage clothes for women and men from the 30s through the 70s.

Named after the rock ’n roll song, Louie Louie features music on stage, for sale, and in the rockabilly decor. The cafe attracts a younger SoFo crowd with sandwiches, pastries, and coffee at reasonable prices.

L&#x27;Usine Bleue is all about durable and no-nonsense French workwear. The small boutique, located in the heart of Södermalm, stocks caps, shirts, shoes, pants, and more, carefully selected from brands that are known for durability and climate-friendly business philosophies.

Large paintings hang high on the walls at Nytorget 6. The restaurant is full of guests and warm light is coming from a row of lamps above the tables. A shelf full of wine bottles is hanging on the back wall.

Nytorget 6, which is in the trendy SoFo section of Södermalm, offers classic Swedish food with influences from Southern Europe. Here you can eat well morning, noon and night. Start the day with a croissant or a bowl of porridge, or finish off the evening with a planked steak or lobster omelet. The atmosphere is cozy with friendly staff. There are two cocktail bars above the restaurant section and a dance hall and small theater in the basement. The restaurant&#x27;s owners operate several other restaurants in Stockholm including Meatballs for the People and Nybrogatan 38.

Urban Deli Nytorget is located in the heart of Sofo on Södermalm. Here you&#x27;ll find everything from breakfast and lunch to coffee breaks or after-work drinks. In the deli and shop, you&#x27;ll find not only cheese and charcuterie, but also ready-made dinner kits, single-portion meals, and freshly baked bagels. During summer, a large outdoor seating area opens up. You can also find Urban Deli in Sickla, on Sveavägen, or in Hagastaden.

Looking for a candy shop on Söder? Head to Pärlans Konfektyr. The atmosphere and interior will transport you to the glamorous days of the 1930s. Here, caramels and other sweets are made year-round using traditional craftsmanship in their own factory just outside Stockholm.

Sustainability is the keyword when Tambur chooses its assortment of Swedish design. Everything in the small shop, no bigger than a one-room apartment, is picked with great care to be free from chemicals, locally produced and of the highest quality.
