Stockholm has basketballf courts in almost every borough – below is a selection:
- KD Court, Tensta – A colorful basketball court inaugurated in 2023, which was created at the initiative of NBA star Kevin Durant. A popular addition to Stockholm's basketball map and an obvious stop for basketball enthusiasts.
- Åsö gymnasium, Södermalm – One of Stockholm's most well-known basketball courts. The central location makes it a natural meeting place for pick-up games.
- Rålambshovsparken, Kungsholmen – Play basketball in one of Stockholm's most popular parks. Here, basketball courts are combined with green areas, swimming areas, and views of Riddarfjärden.
- Ektorp Street Court, Nacka – A modern street basketball court just outside the inner city. The court has become a popular feature of Nacka's basketball scene and attracts players from all over the area.

- FIBA Women’s EuroBasket 2027 in Stockholm – The group stage of the Women’s EuroBasket 2027 will be played at Avicii Arena from 16–22 June 2027. The championship is co-hosted with Bratislava, Antwerp, Vilnius and Espoo.
