The Sparrow

A mix between a bar and a restaurant, where you can enjoy French influences from breakfast through to the evening. The focus is on creating an inviting after-work hangout, where champagne and wine are paired with small delicacies. The bar is created in collaboration with French champagne producer Moët & Chandon – so expect fresh bubbles in tall glasses.

In addition to its restaurant and bar at the heart of the hotel, The Sparrow features an outdoor seating area that stretches along Birger Jarlsgatan 24–26, from the wine bar past the lounge to the hotel lobby. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy the afternoon sun.
