Lida Nature Parkour

Experience the thrill of parkour, a sport typically confined to city streets and public areas, in the lush forests of the southern Stockholm suburb of Tullinge. Lida Friluftsgård has constructed a special parkour track and embedded it in its green surroundings. The park is open seven days a week, all year round, and is (like all other green areas in Sweden) free to visit.
