There are many taxi companies to choose from in Stockholm. Several international players, such as Bolt and Uber, also ply the city's streets. Check the recommended price

Taxi prices in Sweden are not regulated, meaning that prices can differ between different taxi companies.
All taxis must, by law, display a price comparison on a yellow sticker (usually located on the vehicle's rear windows). The price comparison makes it possible to compare the cost between different companies before you get in the car.
Always check the price information before the trip, and ask for a fixed price in Swedish kronor (SEK).
2. Book your trip through an app, so as to see the final price before you start your journey.
Pre-book, so you know the price
If you book a taxi via app or phone, you usually receive price information before the trip begins. This makes it easier to compare options and plan the cost in advance.
