K-märkt is located inside the culturally historic Garnisonen building. It has its own bakery and is run by celebrity pastry chef Daniel Roos, beverage expert Jens Dolk and chef Hanna Normark. The restaurant aims to unify fine dining and large-scale production as a single concept. The menu changes constantly and is guided by the available ingredients, which are purchased the same night. The craftsmanship of the restaurant is utterly clear, and the enormous venue offers exciting architecture with a colorful industrial feel. Up to 1,000 guests can eat lunch or gather for an evening event here.
