In dreamy, peach-pink premises on Tegnérgatan, Bistro Leoparden is managed by experienced restaurateur siblings Markéta and Jakub Vávra. Here, italophiles can enjoy delicacies such as Tuscan mortadella, Italian oysters, and ricotta cake. However, bistro rests firmly on two foundations: firstly, the artisanal pizza (baked in a special oven from – of course – Naples) and, secondly, the fresh beer. In true Czech fashion, it is poured into a chilled tankard to form a large, creamy head. At the same address lies the newly opened sister establishment Snabba Katten, which targets beer lovers to an even greater extent.
