Well-known chefs Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman offer a five-course tasting menu from which you get to choose the courses after the initial snacks. The food concept is based on simplicity and sustainability, with the dinner experience front and center. The dishes are prepared in an open kitchen and the menu also includes elements of house-made charcuterie. The chef duo aims to provide a vivid, intimate and easily accessible experience in this bright and carefully considered restaurant, where a few spaces are always available for drop-ins and cannot be reserved in advance.
