Ernst Josephson (1851–1906) was, at his time, one of Sweden’s most innovative artists, who at an early stage rebelled against the academic tradition. In the exhibition, Josephson’s many-faceted artistry is presented from an overall perspective. This is the first extensive presentation of his works for over twenty years and features his painting, drawings, poetry, and music.
