Ätbarts conference & report release for the Food Bank Report #3

Which surplus should we make use of and why? In the Food Bank Report #3, Ätbart reflects on surplus-based collaboration between civil society, public kitchens and farms, and argues for the importance of a changed food system. Reactions to the previous report are followed up and conflicts of interest and short-term solutions are discussed. In addition, a panel discussion on long-term solutions is moderated by Reformaten's Pelle Bengtsberg.
