This is the place for chocolate in almost every imaginable variety: chocolates, petits fours, wedding cakes, drinking chocolate, and muffins. Everything is made by hand. Chokladfabriken is run by Martin and Ellinor Isaksson. Martin is a pastry chef who has competed on the Swedish National Culinary Team.
