This bistro, housed in Grand Hôtel on Blasienholmen, uses the very best of fresh seasonal produce, to create a vibrant menu of medium-sized dishes and well-paired wine and beverages. Matbaren serves lunch Monday through Friday and dinner Monday through Saturday.
