In the newly opened Fenix Sthlm conference facility lies Gastropol deli, bistro and rooftop bar, managed by Mattias Berggren – known from Omaka, Eataly and Bianchi. The menu is eclectic, featuring business-lunch classics (steak tartar, oven-baked salmon) as well as more unorthodox elements (katsusando, chirashi sushi). Organic, local and sustainable ingredients abound, and all bread and pastries are made on-site in the bakery. The rooftop bar frequently features DJs, and the view of Hagastaden burough is hard to beat.
