Ergo is an informal fine-dining restaurant with high ambitions, with a staff is hand-picked from top restaurants in Stockholm (and throughout the world) by head chef Petter Johansson, himself a veteran of numerous Michelin-star establishments.

At Ergo, seasonal ingredients are prepared using French methods. The result is a modern take on a tasting menu, allowing the guests to modify its contents in a relaxed atmosphere. For parties of up to 12, there is also a chambre separée with its own kitchen and entrance. Received its first Michelin star in 2025
