Restaurang Eld is a chef-led restaurant by the water on Djurgården. Here Nordic gastronomy, seasonal ingredients and refined craftsmanship meet. The menu is based on game, fish and local products that follow the rhythm of nature. Under the leadership of head chef Irene Frantzen, a personal cooking style is formed with influences from Ukraine, where precision and expression go hand in hand.
