Confidencen

Confidencen at Ulriksdal Palace Theatre is Sweden’s oldest preserved and active Rococo theatre, dating back to 1753. During the 18th century, it was a hub for prominent musicians and artists, and its stage was graced by figures such as Carl Michael Bellman, artists from across Europe, and kings like Gustav III. After nearly 200 years of decay, the theatre was saved and revived by the opera singer Kjerstin Dellert.

Today, Confidencen is a unique cultural-historical venue and a vibrant stage for everything from hip-hop to opera, dance, contemporary circus, concerts, theatre, and educational programs for children and schools.
