Asplund takes its name from the legendary architect Gunnar Asplund who has designed the listed 1930’s building which houses the restaurant. The kitchen mixes flavors from all around the world – Asia, Europe, and the Americas – but made from fresh and locally produced ingredients. So, not only will you get the chance to try Asplund’s popular pizzas, but also get a glimpse of classic Swedish architecture.
