Allegrine is chef Daniel Couet's hommage to his grandmother's classically French cooking, with typical French herbs, spices, and seasonal ingredients. But what was rustic and simple, has been reinterpreted in a modern take. Across the street, you'll also find the restaurant's wine bar Bar Etablé.
