When We See Us: A century of Black figurative painting has been celebrated internationally as one of the most significant exhibitions of our time. The exhibition comprises over 155 works borrowed from institutions and private collectors from 26 different countries. The artworks, created by Black artists around the world over the past century, are set in dialogue with contemporary Black thinkers, writers, and poets.
