THE HORSE OPERA

The work brings together contemporary dance, epic storytelling, and electroacoustic music in an operatic form. The opera is performed inside the indoor riding arena of Orlångens Ridsällskap, where the arena becomes not only a venue, but an integral part of the work’s world. The audience is seated close to the riding arena’s sand, light, sounds, and scents, in a place where humans and horses work side by side.
