The Queen of Mists

A musical tale in the spirit of the Viking Age. The Queen of Mists is a newly written musical theatre piece by Sandra Kassman, based on old Swedish folk songs and ancient tales about a legendary queen said to have lived on Mount Omberg in Östergötland during pre-Christian times. In a world where folktales and folk music intertwine, we meet Hedda, a young woman longing for something beyond ordinary life. She is drawn to the mysterious mountain and its ruler, the Queen of Mists.
