Table as Witness - solo exhibition by Ylva Blondel

Table as Witness is Stockholm-based artist Ylva Blondel’s solo exhibition at Galleri 86, Södermalm. The paintings grow from her own table tales — glasses, cups, and shadows holding more than they show: luxury and darkness, humor and anger, celebration and grief, side by side. Painted on square canvases with dynamic diagonals, each work captures a moment mid-motion. First chapter of her ongoing Shared Meal Series.
