The Crayfish Party is a Long-Standing Swedish Tradition. It celebrates the long-awaited start of the crayfish season. At Sturehof, we love crayfish, which is why we always host an annual crayfish premiere with plenty of crayfish, traditional sides, aquavit, and a truly festive atmosphere.
