They offer a 9-hole course that is playable all year round, and an 18-hole course that is open from April to November.The 18-hole course was inaugurated in 1994 and it’s a classic links course with a few water hazards, many bunkers, and fasts greens. Number 17, which is the golf club’s signature hole, has been voted one of Sweden’s 100 best holes by the magazine Svensk Golf.In 2003, Mälarö GK got another 9 holes, that course is a little narrower with more water hazards.A good drive from Mälarö GK you’ll find Skytteholm, a beautiful hotel and conference facility. Here, you can end the day with a sauna, a barbeque dinner, or spend the night. Guests staying at Skytteholm can also borrow golf clubs and balls for free.",

"text": "Also called Mälarölederna, these are a collection of hiking trails stretching over a few islands in Lake Mälaren, belonging to Ekerö municipality. Nature is rich in wildlife and dramatic shifts.Lovö hiking trail goes through Lovö nature reserve and over forest paths and beaches. The hiking trail is about 18 kilometers long and has one huge attraction above all: Drottningholm Palace. Ekerö-Munsö hiking trail part 1 is an 18-kilometer long path that passes, among other things, a swimming area and Skytteholm where you'll find a hotel and a golf club. Ekerö-Munsö hiking trail part 2 is 15 kilometers long with lots of swimming opportunities in small lakes along the way. Adelsö hiking trail takes you to ancient tombs and a tower with nice views over Lake Mälaren. The trail is 16 kilometers long.Keep in mind that none of the trails in Ekerö municipality offer shelters for overnight stays.",

Paradiset Nature Reserve is located in Huddinge, south of Stockholm City. Besides primeval forest, the nature reserve consists of bogs, fields, pastures, and several lakes.It's a popular place for hiking, as both Sörmlandsleden and Huddingeleden trails go through the area. There are also three shorter hiking loops in Paradiset Nature Reserve: Sameslingan (5 kilometers), Tornbergsslingan (6 kilometers), and Brinkslingan (8 kilometers). Resting areas and wind shelters are available. Maps are for sale in the cabin, open on Sundays only.",
