At Svartengrens they love meat, but they're not in love with the meat industry. That's why you'll only get served locally produced cuts from the Stockholm archipelago that have been smoked, brined, and hung by Svartengren's team of chefs. Served with a side of seasonal vegetables, of course. The menu changes often, some dishes even daily.
The restaurant is located in a former pharmacy and the bar is also worth a visit, with its hand-cut ice and unusual cocktails.
