Shibumi

Shibumi offers a modern take on Japanese izakaya cooking in central Stockholm, led by award-winning chef Sayan Isaksson. First opened in 2015, the restaurant helped introduce the izakaya concept to the city, and the new version brings back a few classics alongside dishes created just for this space. Guests can expect a warm, lively setting with dark wood, a large bar, and rock records from the 70s–90s playing throughout the night.
