Rolfs Kök has become a modern restaurant classic. Its founder, Rolf, wanted an open kitchen in order to be in contact with the guests. He was one of the early people to bring in well-known Swedish architects to create the right environment. Jonas Bohlin and Thomas Sandell were given nearly a free hand, and the result was well thought out, timeless and contemporary. Rolfs Kök is a successful combination of warm personal service, outstanding wines and well-prepared food based on fine ingredients.
