Ramen Ki-mama

Ramen Ki-mama precedes the Swedish ramen trend by almost 20 years. The small restaurant opened up in the early aughts as Stockholm's first (and for a long time only) eatery dedicated to Japanese noodle soups. The menu is simple, packed with flavor, and has made the hole in the wall restaurant a Vasastan-classic.
