Indio is Sweden's first Nikkei-restaurant; a fusion between Japanese and Peruvian culinary traditions that arose in the late 18th century when farmers from Japan emigrated across the Pacific to Peru. The menu features, among other delicacies, unique sushi and sashimi and Nikkei-style ceviche and tiradito.
