Emberlin

Emberlin is Björn Frantzén's take on a contemporary grill restaurant in central Stockholm. Cooking centers on open fire, and the à la carte menu ranges from oysters, crudo and champagne to lobster, dry-aged beef and fish from the grill. The bar pours ice-cold Martinis, and the dining room stays open from lunch to late night – seven days a week, with music that gets louder as the evening goes on. Björn Frantzén is the man behind the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Frantzén.
