Coup d'Etat

Restaurateur Erik Videgård has, for several decades, introduced new cuisines to the Swedish masses and has run a wide variety of successful restaurants with eclectic orientations. The Coup d'Etat restaurant aims to create something luxurious and appealing to everyone, with Persian cuisine as its foundation and influences from France, Russia, India and Turkey. Videgård himself describes such a bold endeavour as nothing less than –that's right – a coup.
