About me

Alan is an ecologist and entrepreneur with experience of working with big cats, sea mammals, local communities, and more. He left his job as a researcher in search of more impactful work and, driven by a passion for food, began thinking more and more about the existing production methods and their environmental impact. He started his company, which grows rare crops indoors, from his living room, and now grows a wide range of crops for the best restaurants in the city.
