Yaroslav the Wise: Film and Conversation

The film tells the story of Kyivan Rus’ ruler Prince Yaroslav the Wise, who overcame childhood adversity to unite lands around Kyiv and build a powerful medieval state. With his wife, Swedish princess Ingegerd, he used strategic marriages to strengthen alliances—making their daughters queens of Norway, France, and Hungary.
