Walking tour: About the midwife

For centuries, midwives have played a vital, often hidden role. The tour takes you from 17th-century dissection halls to 20th-century maternity clinics and explores the midwife's everyday life, moral dilemmas and the medical advances that have transformed childbirth and the view of the profession.
