Thuva Härdelin & Lelo Nika Trio

A meeting between folk music from Hälsingland and music from the Balkans. In the first half of the concert, tradition bearers Thuva Härdelin and Lelo Nika join together in intimate, intimate interplay. After the break, Lelo Nika Trio takes the stage. The trio moves freely between Nordic sounds, jazz, and Romani folk music from various parts of the Balkans. Here, traditional melodies and original compositions come together in a unique expression shaped by both improvisation and interplay.
