Taking Root – on Soil Relations and Human Endeavors

The exhibition brings together artists who address both the physical and metaphorical act of putting down roots—how to connect to a place, from migrants’ attempts to find a new home to ecological perspectives on how seeds travel, on soil, and on the conditions necessary for taking root.
