Sólstafir

Now Sólstafir brings his magic to Sweden together with the Finnish and progressive doom metal band The Abbey as audience warmers. When it comes to the Sólstafir phenomenon, they have made no secret of the importance of Icelandic nature to their music. The band started in black and viking metal in 1995 but has since moved further and further into post-rock territory and increasingly allowed itself to be influenced by genres other than the heavy metal of the beginning.
