"Shul! The synagogue in the Old town": summer guided tours

The tour takes us back to the old synagogue that once stood on Själagårdsgatan 19 and to the life that unfolded in this room between 1795 and 1870. We explore what a shul was, the ctivities that have filled the space, and how it once looked. We highlight the people and stories that shaped the congregation, how the building later changed function, and how the museum opened almost 150 years afterwards.
