Scenes from the City of My Dreams

The City Museum's popular walking tour "My Dream City" is being visited this summer by theater students from the Stockholm School of Culture. Together with a museum educator, we walk through parts of Per Anders Fogelström's novel and take part in the students' performances. Hear about everyday life, the labor movement and housing shortages, about Bible women and the poor's porridge chapel, about food fraud and love in Södermalm during the late 19th century.
