Poem without Words – When Words Are Not Enough...

Musical memories from Ukraine in 2022 and Czechoslovakia in 1968 are brought to life by soprano Helena Ek, percussionist Daniel Berg, and Johannes Landgren on organ and piano. Exciting musical encounters open up a space where music becomes the bearer of experiences that span generations. The program includes melodies from Gammalsvenskby in Ukraine and music by Czech composer Petr Eben, as well as improvisations where sound and presence become a way of speaking when words fall silent.
