Starting from the last day in the Odyssey and Odysseus' return to Ithaka, Py Huss-Wallin and Nils Granberg have created a modern antique drama, equal parts tragic comedy and comic tragedy, depicted from Penelope's perspective. In this dense chamber play written for Teater Galeasen, Penelope and Odysseus meet in a distilled version of the Odyssey where the human in the inhuman is slowly washed away, the ancient is timeless and a story of war, blood, violence, and death is also a story of life. The performance is in Swedish.
