Momi Maiga

Momi Maiga is an innovative kora player who merges West African tradition with jazz, pop, and flamenco. Raised in a musical family, he received his first kora from his uncle, the legendary Solo Cissokho. A gifted singer and percussionist, his music has a unique depth. His two acclaimed albums have charted high on the World Music Charts. Maiga is now performing at the Stockholm Jazz Festival with his quartet.
