Learning to Meditate through Movement What if meditation didn’t ask you to sit still, but invited you to listen to your body? In this evening workshop, we explore meditation through gentle movement and embodied awareness. Instead of trying to quiet the mind, we let attention soften into sensation, breath, and simple movement.
