Industrial walk tour, Södermalm east

From an ancient stove bread factory to unique cultural reserves and old textile manufactures, we will explore areas where industries ruled from the end of the 17th century until the first half of the 20th century. Many of the original buildings still stand, and pictures will bring these places to life. The walk takes you past Hammarby lake, which was lowered just under 5 m after the opening of the Danvik Canal in 1929, and where the a Hammarby port activities declined sharply in the early 1990s
