Guest appearence by Swedish Master chefs Eric and Amos at Melanders Södermalm

On May 22, Melanders Södermalm will host a guest appearence by Eric Lichtenstein and Amos Friedman, who became friends during this year's season of Sweden's Master Chef. The menu for the evening costs 795 kronor and consists of oysters with crispy chili oil, butter-cooked white asparagus with hollandaise, poached turbot fillet with white wine sauce and butter-fried scallop with nduja butter.
