Gårdsbageriet opens its doors in Södermalm – with a flavourful launch week curated by Siri Barje

On May 22, Gårdsbageriet opens at Sankt Paulsgatan 22—a new neighbourhood bakery with a clear mission: to offer freshly baked, delicious bread at a fair price. To celebrate the opening, food creator Siri Barje has been invited to design two signature sandwiches, available exclusively during the launch week. The sandwiches, Gunnar and Nancy, will be sold for 40 SEK each throughout opening week.
