Year of the Fire Horse – Carina Kinnman

In the exhibition “Year of the Fire Horse”, Carina Kinnman blends the elegance of Scandinavian and Japanese minimalism emphasizing lines, form, and structure through a monochrome palette of black and white. She primarily creates the works using Sumi ink on handmade Washi paper and occasionally enriches them with subtle mineral pigments. As a result, the images take on meditative, calligraphy-inspired forms.
